Angel as the Greek goddess Nyx for *Shintari's deity mini-event
Nyx, the goddess of the night, one of the first-born elemental gods, simply portrayed as the substance of night: a veil of dark mist drawn from the underworld which blots out the light of day, connecting the Earth to the heavens above. In ancient art she was portrayed as a winged goddess or a charioteer, sometimes crowned with an aureole of dark mist. Alone she spawned numerous dark spirits including the three Fates, Sleep, Death, Strife, and Pain. Breeding with Darkness, she produced Light and Day.[link]
somehow, deeply metaphorically, this suits her ^^
tried to make her look as stoic and emotionless as possible and i took some liberties of course, for instance when i searched "aureole" it was either a saint-like circle behind or above the head or a halo. not being saint-like and going with the "angel" pun, i slapped on a halo ^U^
